As a senior U.S. Navy officer, he has led complex organizations involving significant facilities, infrastructure, budgets, public works, and governmental coordination. Todd contributes institutional-scale experience in operations, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and execution—particularly valuable on complex projects involving multiple public and private interests.
Cary Campbell brings extensive real estate development, investment, appraisal, and resort experience to the CRS team. His background includes major residential, hospitality, golf, resort, and mixed-use developments across the country. Cary contributes particular strength in site selection, financial feasibility, capital formation, development planning, and repositioning underperforming properties—helping evaluate opportunities from both an investment and development perspective.
Howard Landry brings military leadership, real estate investment, development experience, and operational discipline to the CRS team. A retired military officer and Southwest Airlines Captain, Howard has also worked with CRS on development opportunities involving site sourcing, due diligence, entitlements, capital structuring, and partnership coordination. Donna Macri brings extensive financial, operational, and executive leadership experience to the CRS team. A CPA and experienced fractional CFO/COO, Donna has led finance, operations, budgeting, forecasting, complex financial modeling, and organizational transformation across privately held, emerging, and Fortune 500 companies. She contributes particular strength in financial analysis, capital planning, performance management, and translating complex financial information into practical business decisions.
